Lunic is an all-female electropop band from New York City consisting of songwriter/multi-instrumentalist Kaitee Page, electric midi violinist Megan Berson, and live drummer Masha Mayer.

Lunic's recent work is a blend of dark ethereal synthpop and dancy electronic indie similar to The xx, Lights, Ladytron, or Metric. Instead of arranging songs with typical instrumentation, the band uses a unique combination of keyboards, violins, & guitars + effects, loops, & midi controllers to carefully concoct the sounds for each song.

Lunic's debut album, Lovethief, was released May 2009. Lovethief was funded completely by Lunic fans around the world via crowd-sourcing website, Sellaband.com. Lunic has toured the US, UK, & Canada and have shared the stage with artists such as Moby, Mindless Self Indulgence, Company of Thieves, Creed, Dredg, Meiko, Bell X1, & many more. Lunic's new album, Future Sex Drama, is coming September 1st, 2012.
